In order to provide a quick and accurate response to your logo design order, Mylogos2go.com asks only for the information necessary to complete your order with precision. All the information is strictly for the use of Mylogos2go.com and will not be shared with any third party.

The information we gather and how we use it: When you place inquiry about a logo design, we need to know your details, including, but not limited to: your name, your company's name, your e-mail address, and your mailing address. This allows us to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status. We also ask some information about your company and/or project in order to have a creative direction for your logo design needs. All the rights to the Logo artwork and logo design we create at the request of a client belong to such client after full payment is received.

Turnaround Time

"Next day delivery" means that we will deliver the first initial designs before 5:30 pm of the next working day. Working day for all terms and purposes is Monday to Friday 9:30 to 5:30 pm.

Turnaround times quoted in the package description and web site are normal target times only and mylogos2go.com accepts no liability for failure to meet these times, but will use its best endeavours to do so.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee offer:

  1. If you are not satisfied with your initial set of logos we will provide a new set and will continue until you are satisfied with your logo.
  2. Once you select a logo, you are entitled to make as many revisions are necessary to ensure you are satisfied with your logo.

Refund Policy

We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back.

In case you are not satisfied with the artwork created, you are not obligated to pay for it. In such case, you are not allowed to use concepts, drafts or sketches presented to you in the given form, or exploit any idea that we have presented to you, in order to create a new artwork by you or some other designer.

A refund only applies if, after the first draft and prior to any requests for changes or revisions, the client requests one. Otherwise, if any revisions, redraws or similar requests are made, no matter how minor, the client is assumed to have consented with proceeding forward with the logo design process and thus waiving their right for a refund under these stated provision.

A Refund will be issued upon request, EXCEPT in the following cases:

  1. Refunds do not apply if we do not hear back from you for more than 30 days (Project is considered closed after inactivity of three months)
  2. Refunds do not apply to projects that have requested any changes and/or alterations to a chosen sample.
  3. Refunds do not apply if you have approved a design.
  4. Refunds do not apply to upgrades and/or additional services provided and displayed to the client.
  5. Refunds do not apply to slogan production and/or ideas.
  6. Refunds do not apply to projects that include illustration concepts in initial variations.
  7. Refunds do not apply if the company we are designing a logo for closes, changes their name, or their activity.
  8. Refunds do not apply to Remedy Package and Custom orders.
  9. Refunds do not apply to projects that include Illustrative Design concepts in the initial designs.
  10. Refunds do not apply if client has made any request which is out of scope or not properly defined in the initial description which was provided at the time of completing order form.

Payment

Payment in full for any and all products and services to be provided by mylogos2go.com under your Contract is due in advance of the commencement of any work by mylogos2go.com. Busines, to mylogostogo.com shall be entitled, in its sole and absolute discretion any products or services it is otherwise obligated to deliver or provide under your Contract until such time as payment in full has been received therefore.

Upon your acceptance of the product or service and mylogos2go.com's receipt of payment in full therefore, mylogos2go.com will assign, convey, transfer and deliver all of its right, title and interest in and to the products and/or services developed by mylogos2go.com for you under the terms of your Contract. Any products or services, including samples, rejected or otherwise not delivered by mylogos2go.com and accepted by you shall at all times remain the property of mylogos2go.com and you shall have no right in or to such products or services.

Mylogos2go.com retains and reserves the perpetual, royalty-free right to use any and all products and/or services developed by mylogos2go.com for display and self-promotional purposes, regardless of your acceptance and mylogos2go.com's delivery of the same to you.
